Candidate Application & Forms can be mailed or emailed. If mailed, application and forms must be received (not postmarked) by 5 PM on February 14th, 2025. Candidate Application must be signed and notarized in order for application to be approved. All the forms the candidate will need to fill out are below.

Candidacy for the EUWCD Board

The Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District (EUWCD) holds elections for its Board of Directors to ensure strong local representation across Atascosa, Frio, Karnes, and Wilson counties. Board members play a critical role in guiding groundwater conservation efforts and upholding the District’s mission to protect and manage our shared groundwater resources.
