Each fiscal year, the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District adopts a fee schedule to support its mission of managing local groundwater resources.
Fees apply to well registrations, permitting, and transport of groundwater outside of our district.
New Well: Drilling Permit
One-time fee$250
- All new permitted wells
- Combined with the production permit fee
New Well: Production Permit
Renewed Annually$25
- All new permitted wells
- Combined with the drilling permit fee
Existing Well: Renewal Permit
Renews every 3 years$25
- For a non-expired production permit
- Must renew before the permit expires
Existing Well: Re-Permit
